When do I pay?
- A non-refundable deposit of $200/person, paid by credit card, is required at the time of registration - no later than May 15, 2013. This will guarantee your space with the group.
- FULL and FINAL payment is due no later than August 15, 2014 to guarantee the price as outlined on the pricing tab.
- Late payments after August 15, 2014 will be subject to a price increase of $620 - $650/person depending on room occupancy.
Cancellation penalties are as follows:
- 45 days or more prior to departure the deposit ($200/person) is non-refundable.
- 22 - 44 days prior to departure - 50% of the total cost, less non-refundable deposit, including tax and service fees per person is refundable.
- 21 days or less prior to departure - 100% of total cost, including taxes and service fees per person is non-refundable.

Changes:
- Change of departure date. The passengers may be excluded from the group. Brochure prices and conditions will then apply.
- Change of return date prior to departure may result in additional fees and surcharges for either the air or land portion. Please consult your travel agent for rates and fees.
- Change of return date after departure - the passengers must comply with the conditions and prices of the brochure. Please consult your travel agent for rates and fees.
- Name changes - are permitted prior to final payment deadline without charge.
- Name changes - are permitted at a charge of $75 per change 44 days to 21 days prior to departure.
- Name changes - are permited at a charge of $175 per change 20 days to 8 days prior to departure.
- Names changes from within 7 days of departure are considered as a cancellation and will be treated as such at 100% penalty.
- A fee of $25 will be assessed for document re-issue.

In addition, a signed credit card authorization form will be required to process your payments. This form will be provided after registration and can be returned by fax or regular mail to Kathylynne.

- Passport # and expiry date of each guest
- birth date of each guest
- Mailing Address, telephone #'s (home and cell)
- Credit card details - card #, expiry, CVC code, name on front of card, billing address
- desired departure City - Calgary or Saskatoon
- desired room category and occupancy
